(biological mother) needs help in order to obtain US citizenship for kids

Hi All,

I am USA citizen by birth but have been living in Canada with 3 kids for last 12 years. Please advise what I need to do in order to obtain US citizenship for my kids.

Your kids are likely already citizens. From your post I assume you have lived in the US at least 5 years (2 years past age 14) and the kids are still all under 18.

This page explains the requirements to register them at a Canadian consulate:

Birth

A Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) is official evidence of United States citizenship, issued to a child born abroad to a U.S. citizen parent or
ca.usembassy.gov ca.usembassy.gov

If the assumptions I made are wrong then please clarify your exact situation.
