Biocode 1 notice for dependent..

Received Biocode 1 notice for dependent..

I did my Biocode 1 (as prmary applicant) few days back and now I received Biocode 1 notice for my wife.

If dependents are also getting Biocode 1 notices, then where the earlier theory of "USCIS is sending "Bio code 1 notices for primary application" stands?

I dont see any logic of USCIS behind FP notices!!

Any comments?

The theory of "USCIS is sending "Bio code 1 notices for primary application" does not stand. I received my FP notice 1 month ago and got it done. I questioned why only I received it while my wife didn't. Nobody gave a definite answer.

Now she's got it also!

I guess maybe some big guy made a decision to send FP to primary only, then he/she got busted, and things went back to they were....
