What does BIO-METRICS mean...is it just refinger-printing? This would be my 3rd fingerprinting then. Can anyone clarify me Please. I thought may be I was getting called for GC interview but I guess not. Why is it so confusing? why can't they just say refingerprinting?

Biometrics are just some infos about you (your name, last name, date of birth etc...).

-Biometrics(asc code 2) is digital picture plus finger printing of your one index finger
-Fingerprinting(asc code 3) takes prints of all of your ten fingers, four fingers at a time for both hands etc

EAD before FP?

Hi can you please tell me if I can get my EAD before fingerprinting is done? I have received date of 13th april and till now I can not see any updates in my case status online. it is showing june 3. 90 days will be over on 13july . Can I get my interim Id by going to the local office? I have my fP appointment on 16th august . can I go in person and request them to have my FP done?
I will really appreciate the response.
