BIO appointment - prove of id issue

I have a code 3 BIO upcoming - my last name on bio appointment letter and my last name in my driving license spells little differently (Y instead of I ). The BIO spelling is probably based on my national passport, which is already expired by now.

What do you guys reccomend me to bring over as a proof of identity - my dl or passport or both (to confuse them even more)?
I hope they would let me do my bio...

Which one is correct? You should fix it. They do accept NP even expired ones to validate your identity..

I would go to DMV and fix your name..have to do one day no?

Thanks, want.
Yeah, I guess one day I should do it. Just have to decide which spelling I like the most (sounds the same anyways) :D

What spelling did you use when you apply? If the bio is like the application, take ID that supports it. And get the other one fixed.
