yes, my appointment date is 10/22, but i did it yesterday, you can just walk in with the letter and your ID. in most situation, you won't have any problem unless the staff is very mean or in a bad mood. as to G-325A, you can just go to uscis website and make a search.Double_V said:Hi Guys!

-Code 1 is ten-prints (fingerprints);
-Code 2 is biometrics (index print, picture and signature)
- Code 3 is 1+2 (fingerprints, picture and signature).

Bio is easy, you just go to the address on the original request at the date and time that is mentioned (you can try earlier, I did and it did not work for me, but I've heard others have walked in many days in advance and been successful). Be sure to take your ID (the type of id that is required is also mentioned on the request) and anything else that the request may ask you to take (in my case it was just your id). Also be careful not to cut your fingues because that could delay your process. USCIS needs to be able to scan your fingertips.
For teh G325A, you can go to USCIS's website and under forms, you will find G325A. Here is the link http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/g-325a.htm. At the bottom of the page, you can download a pdf file and print it. Make sure to fill out all pages.
