Any heard anything abut special provisions for J1 waiver / NIW physicians and visa retrogression in this bill which was approved in the Senate today????

Got to love Sen Byrd. I know, he has been around for a while, it is a shame to see him become demented right there in front of the Senate.

Pity the Bird

It was quite pathetic the way Senator Byrd got so confused between legal and illegal immigration. Elderly citizens should not be used/abused in that way by the protectionist elements of society!

Keeping him in the Senate borders elder abuse. The West Virginia dept. of children, family and the elderly should intervene.
