I am just hoping the dates might move another 6 months or so but can't say unless the dates start moving. But for sure some hope is seen.

It just means that stage 2 out of 4 has passed.
The 3rd and most difficult step is the house conference. Until that is passed, we have nothing at all on our behalf.
