If you are legal and employed for 5 years you get approved. Sounds nice doesn’t it.

Looks to me like you have to be an illegal to benefit according to (a)(2)(A)(iii).

So if you have been here 5 years and fulfill all the other criteria, quit your job just before this gets passed as law, go out of status, and you will get your green card quicker.

Of course, if you are already in the AOS queue, this may not help.
