Folks ,
At last it was approved !
All 3 of us on the same day (Sept 6 ).
Will not forget this day !
Cant believe it till I see the letter !
Thanks to Rajiv Khanna for hosting this wonderful
site.. probably the one with the greatest no. of
repeated hits in the world !
It helped me to follow up my case and know if
my attorney is trying to BS .

NVC vm still says the same . But INS vm is updated.

Details

EB2 PD=Dec 99 (3 rd time filing because of earlier goof ups)
140 approved for CP in July 00 although I never asked for it .
Ran out of 6 yrs H1B in Oct 00.

485 ND= Aug 1 2000

Approved Sept 6 2001.
