Big dilemma

Hi guys,

My company assigned me this client for alomost 2 yrs. Now I have been under pressure from my client that they want me either convert to an employee or they will find some else simply because they can't afford the rate anymore. My RD did pass 180 days but, as you know, I don't feel safe and certainty with INS in future. On the other hand, it's not easy to find consultant job in current market.
Any suggestions? Pls light me up, and thanks.

Dude,

I was in a similar situation and I went ahead and joined the client.
So far I have not faced any problems, let's hope there are no future problems too... And I have not informed INS, but will tell them if they ask..

So go ahead and do it..

Just wanted to add my 2 cents. I think as far as AC21 is concerned, a job in similar postition is better than no job. So, if the only options that you have are changing employers or going to bench(and hence risking beign laid off), then I would suggest that you stay with your client
