My case is that Im an unmarried child of US citizen and i've been filed by my parents on august 2002 . I-130 got approved along time ago and i wasted too much time waiting for a visa number to come available . Thus i watched visa bulletin for every month , some many months ago the priority date of my category (Preference 1) stopped at April 2001 for a long time , but in july 2006 something changed ( http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_2943.html ) . Priority date is now nolonger at Ap 2001 but rolls back to Jan 2000 . This is really a big concern for me , please anyone please to explain me what is happening to the visa numbers ?
