Anyone know if a military spouse with a final removal order of removal has had luck lately getting a joint motion through the BIA to reopen and terminate their case? My Military parole in place came in and now my lawyer says i have to go to the BIA for a joint motion to close my case so i can get rid of my final removal order. Do you guys think i have a good shot to get my case closed because my spouse is in active duty?
