Hi I just want to check with you about approve notice. When some get approve from SC do they send copy of notice to Employer also?
Any one who got approve can share this information please

I beleive they send the original notice to employer/lawyer and a courtesy copy to you.

Dan dan is correct. They send the original to the pettitioning employer and a courtesy copy to you. However some centers insist for original copy while stamping.

when you get approval, your lawyer gets the original and you get the coutesy copies. You lawyer may be obligated to give the original to your employer (depending on the attorney/client relationship). However, most INS Local offices accept coutesy copies for PP stamping.
