I have received an RFE from INS asking for the following details.
1. Submit an original letter on Company letter head from your current employer stating your date of hire , duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment.
2. Submit your earnings statements for the last two years.
3. Submit a copy(ies) of the Form I-797 or I-171C approval notice(s) relating to any extensions of stay or change of nonimmigrant status that have been issued to you.
Now in item number 1 , should I mention the duties as exactly same as in my Labour or I-140 ?
And the last one I did not understand at all. I couldn\'t contact my lawer since she is out of station.
Please help .
