Hi,

    I filed my I485 in Mar-2000 in EB3. Later i send new I140 in EB2 in OCT-2000.
I have EAD and AP. I changed my employer in FEB-2001. Now i got the RFE. If they ask me employement letter where i need to get it.(old employer or new employer). If they ask pay stubs then i need to submit my new employer pay stubs. Will this effect my GC. Can i use AC21 law or not.

I would appreciate your help.

You have one loaded question. I need more details on old and new I140 and thru what companies they were filed from. Also did the new employer file for the new I140? what is the reason for the RFE? This will help in isolating the possible solutions

Hi,

    I filed both EB3 and EB2 I140 through same company. My new company did not file any I140. Still i have no idea about RFE. I will let you know once i receive it.
