My attony received FP notice for my wife( I am the primary applicant). Scheduled for July 27. However, my FP has not been received. My attony recommended my wife to wait until my FP is received and do FP together. She said othewise may cause sever delay.
I saw a post in www.isn.org "I-485 denied- please advice". The I-485 is denied. The primary applicant never received FP notice(ND Aug 99 ).
My attoney told me we can get FP done within 3 months after the FP notice is issued. Is it true?
