According to murthy.com, 100 additional people are hired by BCIS at VSC from april,03. Most of these people may work to clear the I-130 files. However, those who were assigned for I-130 may look other files and thus overall processing speed may increase at VSC. Hope for better days!!:) :( :rolleyes:
 
Maybe those people can just entertain the whole VSC office by having more tea time and chat session everyday. They don't necessarily have to work to get promotion or salary raise anyway.

Look at the fact that they are gonna close phone service. Maybe they hate applicants push them to work as we hate our bosses keep eyes on us.
