Best way to get spouse to US

Hello,

Below is the current situation and any advice in getting my spouse to the US as soon as possible would be of great help!

1) I am a US permanent resident and complete my 5 yrs in US in May. I can start my citizenship process 90 days in advance which is Feb 2011.
2) Proposed date for my wedding is June in India. My fiancee had visited US before through B1 visa and now is back in India. The visa expires in 2016.

Suggestion and options people have been offering so far:
1) Get married in June, apply for spouse visa as GC, then apply for citizenship.
2) Apply for Citizenship in Feb, wait till the process is completed - postpone the wedding till the process completes, marry, then apply for spouse.
3) Get citizenship, marry, bring my fiancee to US though his B1 visa/travel visa or Student visa, once here - adjust the status.

Please suggest!!! Based on this, we would have to postpone our wedding date! Again, if the citizenship process takes long - we wouldn't want to postpone the wedding!
- what is the best way to get my fiancee/spouse to the US (we would like to live together after our marriage)
- What is the time frame for getting citizenship from the time the application has been sent?
- What is the time frame for getting spouse of a citizen to US? Is there a intermediate visa eg 'K'? If so how soon can one get 'K' visa?
- Is it okay to travel after starting the citizenship process? (I apply for citizenship in Feb, travel to India in June for wedding for a month!)
- Is there a intermediate visa for spouse of GC?

Thank you so much!
