Best way to check GC Status - Miami submission

Greetings,
I would like to know the best way to find out if my GC has been mailed to me or not. Ive been waiting 11 mnths for the card still nothing. I have moved in the last 11 months but i really dont know if it was sent out to me or not. I have already filled out form AR-11 (change of address) but i was told to also file a change of address form with the service center having jurisdiction over Florida.

Does anyone know what service center handles FIRST ISSUANCE 10yr green cards whose applications have been submitted in Miami, FL?
I called the INS hotline 3x and i get conflicting answers each time. Whats the best way to 1) find out the correct service center processing my application and 2) find out if my card has been manufactured and mailed to me (and possibly returned back to them because of my move)

Any advice/ experinces is truely welcome

Cheers and good luck
PB

Go to USCIS web site
www.USCIS.gov and on the right click on case status online.

Or
https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp

use your I-485 no. to check your status.

I just cut and past case status online service.
You can check your status there. It will say case approved or some thing about card, like mailed or ordered.

For service center you can go to
http://uscis.gov/graphics/fieldoffices/service_centers/index.htm
click on alphabt for your state and you will know which service center you fall in.

For USCIS field office
http://uscis.gov/graphics/fieldoffices/index.htm

I am just searching USCIS web site and cutting and pasting these links.
Hope these will help.

Hope some one else help you better.

I also moved. Initially applied form Vermount center. My case was approved in Feb 04. Online Case status change back to Application received in April 04.
I called uscis and it seems like its ok.
Main thing is that i got stamped.

Thanks.

Please update me if you get any further information.

Thanks for the info...

I have used the online service to check the status of my case numerous times and NOTHING. NO information comes up under my last Receipt number although i have received a letter approving my LPR. Problem is this letter just mentions my A# and not any sort of Receipt number for me to follow up with. This is strange because i am always asked from my receipt number by officers and NOT my A#. What a mess!

Why this "approval" is not in their online computer datasbase for me to check/see is unknown to me.

I have now written to the Miami district office as well as all four of the Service Centers (Form G-731) advising them of my new address and to inquire about the manufacture/mailing of my 10yr card.

As my understanding you still have to use your I-485 no starts from EAC or Wac ...
Dont use your A no. From now on you have to use your I-485 no to check your status regarding card order to card mailed.

My passport stamp on Feb 2004 and online status says on April 2004 they have received my application for I-485 :D

I called ins twice seems like its ok. I also want to travel and hope that will be fine.

When you had your stamp done.
I think you can check with ins if they have your correct address. I also moved and called ins, the lady said she can check my address and confirmed my new address she also know when I last called them.

If online status doesn't show any thing with your i-485 no. then call ins and check with them, may be that will help.

Please update me,
Thanks
