best time in the morning to enter INS office

Hi,

I need to go INS office at San Jose. Does anyone know what is the best time to be in line in the morning in order to get into INS building. In March, it was okay at 3:0 am but now I am not sure.

Anyone went to SJ office recently? Please help me if you can!

even if you reach there by 6:30 AM you will be fine. I got my finger printing done mid june.
joined the line at 7:00 Am and was in by 10:00 AM. I did not take an appointment.

if you have an appointment then no worry at all.
