Best route to Travel to India if you have Advance Parole

Hi Guys,

My present VISA Expired and I plan to use Advance Parole to come back to USA.
1. Can anyone suggest the best Route to travel to India and avoid Transit Visas.

2. I have a canadian PR, but I'm boarding my flight in Newark, and want to come back to same distination. Does Canadian PR help me in avoiding Transit Visa.

As always , looking for your suggestions.
 
If you go via NW/KLM u will go through Amsterdam and they dont need transit visas, I checked with thm but since u have Canadian PR I also found out that if you travel through Delta via Paris u still dont need transit visas. The safest route that I have found is via Amsterdam through Northwest/KLM

You could go via Kuwait, Dubai or any other middle eastern countries too. There is also a direct 13 hour Newark to Delhi continental flight. But with a canadian PR, I am not sure you have a problem. ask the airlines.
 
- I would appreciate if you can post further details of the direct continental flight from Newark-Delhi, 13 hours flight.
- How much time does it take to receive the EAD card once it is approved. Do we need to wait for the EAD card to apply for Social Security Card ?
- How does USCIS inform the EAD Approval to us?

Hi,
I would like to travel on AP from 10 Dec 05 to Jan 01 05. I have my travel document valid till Sep 2005, but my EAD is valid only till Dec 15 2005.

I-485 is still pending.

What all documents I need while I return back to USA? Can I just have my AP and Passport shown to them?

I did apply for my EAD on Sep 2005. By the time, I come back and If don't get my EAD, Can I start working to my company or should go to nearest center to get the EAD, Please suggest me with your valuable information.
