Sorry to ask all of you a question which is not related to Asylum. My friend has I 485 in process (his case is CSS LULUC - In 1986 when INS was giving a Green Card that time he was out of country and then he applied for G.C. on CSS LULUC case when he came back to USA in 1990). Him and his wife has working permite (EAD). His wife is loosing job from next week. My question is if she apply for unemployment (Benefit), will affect on his case?

Nope, she can apply for unemployment, it is upto her employer to give her unemployemt, LULAC is still alive? did anybody got a GC from LULAC?
Don't take my word for it, probably get some legal advice.
