Hi,
The question of whether a person with pending I-130/CP can visit US has been answered in this forum many times. It looks like the answer is that while it is not prohibited by law, they could be stopped at the port of entry.
I was wondering if anyone actually had their relatives enter and vacation in the US while their family-based GCs where pending? Please share your experience.
