beneficiary address change

I had applied immigration (I 130) for my sister. It took several years
and I recently got approval notice from USCIS that application has
been approved and case forwarded to NVC. My sister (beneficiary)
moved to a different country after I had filed for her immigration. So
her current address/country of residence is different from what was
specified on I 130. Who all do I need to notify about change of
address/country of beneficiary and how? Does this have any
implications for priority dates ?
