I have a pending I-485 for almost two years and I am on bench for last one week. My case was put on hold because of company name change in March and it\'s out of hold status now and amended I-140 is approved last month but no luck with I-485. Does anyone see a problem since I will be paid 40% less while on bench. Does it create any problem with the approval of I-485 if VSC ask for pay stubs?? I know green card is for a future job and it should not matter, but anyone can share some information about how these idiots at VSC respond in such situations.
