I got 23 mails about it with same message in single day. Is it a RFE?.I got it on 7/1/05 and I don't know to feel bad or good about it as I am feeling both sad and happy. Feeling sad because of RFE and feeling happy because they touched my case.if it is an RFE what it could be? Any help would be greatly apprciated...

It is an RFE request. And there is nothing wrong with an RFE, it is just that the INS supposedly needs additional Information to approve your case. They usually give you 3 months of time , which is more than sufficient.

It is an RFE.I got the same email on 06/30 :-(
I havent yet got the letter and dont know what it is about though ....
 
mine is EB3.
My employer did not get the letter yet.
Even my wife got same email, I am suspecting this RFE could be related to Marriage or Medical because we both have got it.
 
MY lawyer received an RFE on my wife's 485 on 6/30. It was about marriage certificate, two latest photographs and evidence of my wife's status in US since the earliest date of her arrival.

Sent all the documents to lawyer yesterday. Will have to wait and see what happens now !
 
ME and my spouse got the RFE email on 06/30...
Not sure what this is about ....

Do we get a copy of the RFE letter or it goes only to the attorney ?
