Beginning and Labor Subst.

Hello ,

This is a question for my friend's husband. He is on H1b with one company, who is ready to start his labor once he gets project. Meantime, he have another employer, who is ready to file H1b transfer and have Labor Substution ready for his qualification,once he gets project.

So his question, whether he can have GC processing ie, one starts from beginning and another from Labor Substitution.

Could somebody or who have same experience, please shed some light here !

Not I485

you cannot have more than 1 485 pending at the same time.

you can have 'n' no of LC's processed

I believe you can also have as many 140's as required. Also for H1 extension, proof of 485 filing should be sufficient (doesn't matter from which company).
