Will I-485 application go through if I submit it before the priority date becomes available? Will USCIS deny it before mailing the reciept notice because of the priority date is not current or it will go through its routine steps till it will be simply denied at the interview? It will be available a year and half from now. Hint, it is a family-based petition. Thanks to share your experience/knowledge. Just excited and sometime can't wait till the priority date becomes current.
