Hi
could u please any body had this experience
1) i replied my RFE on august 25 th for local district office.no LUD changed that they have recieved my RFE. normally time frame for RFE is 60 days to get back reply from INS.
so in the mean time i can contact congress man to know the status of my case or i need to wait for 60 days
2) OR shall i can take infopass and can i go and meet IMMIGRATION OFFICER
regarding my case before 60 days.
please if some have any suggestions or having this kind of experience please reply.
