Before 180 days, can I use ac21

140 approved, just applied 485.
Is it risky to switch emp before I complete 180 days.
Will employer be able to withdraw 140 in this period, even after 140 approved.

Also How can employer know if I filed 485 without knowing him.

Please explain in detail.

As far as your question about AC21 is concerned... the answer is NO.
is it risky... well if you indeed file a AC21 before 180 days, you will get a rejection for sure.
If you still wannabe be a cowboy, dont inform INS till 180 days are over, you might go undetected.
