Became a proud USC today in Phoenix

My hearty thanks to Rahul Kumar in the forum who I used as a guide to clear my FBI namecheck. Eventhough I found Rahul's article little later in my N400 process, I am still thankful because I believe Rahul offered me advice which I used creatively to get my case moving a little closer.

If you discount FBI name check period, it took USCIS ~9 months to issue me the oath date for USC. Together with FBI name check, it took USCIS ~21 months.

Those of you who are patiently waiting, don't lose hope. Keep going with your lives with positive attitude, it will happen in time. Ask yourself each day, what can you do today to move your case with USCIS or FBI, even if it means merely checking this forum, writing a letter to FBI or calling your congressman. Use Rahul's PDF as your guide and use your own judgement to draw your actions.

My thanks to other memebers of this forum who periodically replied to my postings to help me understand my situation better.

I will continually check this forum to help anyway I can. Good luck and God bless.

Hi rzs, congratulations on your USC. I have had my interview for 5 months now and still waiting for the oath notice. You mentioned in your posting about Rahul's PDF guide, could you forward this to me or let me know where I can download it? Also, can you give me some details on filing FOIPA if it is not in the guide. Thank you so much. Stan
