BEC:Labor onlince status certified. Can I apply for I-140/485 now?

If online status shows that the labor is certified, can I apply for I-140/485/concurrent with a copy of online(printout) and a copy of the original ETA450/labor forms ? As it is taking lot of time to get the original certified papers, I was wondering if we could do that as the dates are current for July.

Wouldn't recommend it; the person who posted after you filed without the original LC approval and the USCIS sent back the petition. Wait for it and then file I-140 premium and concurrently with I-485.
