BEC - case number

My LC is languishing in Phily-BEC and I dont know I got 45 day letter or not ( My foolosh lawyer / employer ) wont provide us with anything. Can you please let me know how to get a case number . I have my temporary case number which I got about 6 months back. Please advice since I Need to apply 7th year H1 extension through som other employer

Replace 'T' in temporary number with 'P'.

I also only have temporary case numner ( T-XXXXX ) . My Attorney does not give the permenant case number. So if by replacing the T with P, gives my permenant case # , thats great news. Please confirm.
