Not Received 45 day letter from BEC Pl. Help-?

My case has been forwarded to BEC 10/9/2003.
I have my collegues whoes case was forwarded after mine.
I haven't received 45 day letter yet but they received almost 3 months ago.
What should i do to find the status of my case as 'h1b7yr@dal.dflc.us' and 'h1b7yr@phi.dflc.us' are not responding to my request for status.
Is anyone sailing in the same boat.
