I've been in U.S for 3 years, my daughter and I have original visa that is L2 issued in China. It's due to next year.This year, I changed my status to H1B and my daughter's H4, both were approved. I plan to have a vacation in China this summer. I made my visa appiontment on june in nogales. But I am very worried about the change of L2 to H1B. I saw the terrible experience about an indian woman has been rejected H1B visa twice, she has the same situation as I have. Is there high rate to be rejected from L2 visa to H1B and H4 visa? How can I do? Are there any people has the same transfer and be success in H1B visa?
