My husband is on a J1 status. I am a doctoral student.
1. For some reason, he wants to convert into an F2 status. How can we do it? No such information found in DOS or CIS webpage.
2. Is it difficult to change back from F2 into a J/H status?
3. On his visa, it says "Not subject to 2-year rule", but a lawyer suggests that we need confirmation with DOS. How can we do that?
