Have finally received an RFE!!! Its for evidence to show that an application on I-140 was ever submitted or approved by the INS/BCIS. While I find this a little bewildering, it is at least some measure of progress on the case.
Hopefully all the other people in the same boat as me would be hearing from the BCIS one way or another shortly.
