It seems BCIS is very slow in March. Not many approval.
I have observed that posting record in the visa update is somewhat conservative. For example, when my I-140 was approved, it was showing at least two months delayed.
BTW, what is the AVM number for VSC.

Select Option-1 followed by Option-1 from the automated menu and then punch your 13-digit EAC number.

Note: The line is always busy between 8AM and 4PM (but you could still get lucky if you keep trying). It is easier if you try in the evening or before 8AM in the morning.
