I called up the customer service to ask if the 2nd FP is generated on my case. What a joke it is? The person took all my info and said that I should receive a reply in 4-6 weeks. 4-6 weeks - my a**.
 
I don't blame them. It is BCIS fault. Never trained them. They don't have enough access or power to do any thing.
 
I think these telephone reps work from their Home or from India :p (these so called customer service people at the 1-800 number)

I did the same 10 weeks ago. Never heard anything.
