BCIS Receipt Error

Hi All, I filed my I-140 petition for National intereset waiver holding advanced degree (Part 2. i). But when I got the BCIS receipt it mentions my application to be under Section: Soviet Scientist, Sec. 203(b)(2)(A), P.L.102-509. No idea what is this.
May I know if this is an error that I should report to BCIS to change the receipt? thanks..
 
THANK you so much Joe. No I am not from USSR, I am from India. Do you think it may create problem for me later on.
Should I try to contact BCIS to change the receipt notice?
 
Thanks Joe..I filed it myself. So, I called the BCIS customer service center and they reported to BCIS as topographical error. Hopefully I wil hear back from BCIS within 3-4 weeks.
