BCIS Productivity Growth, Not!

I wonder what the worker productivity "growth" at the VSC center has been for the past year? Negative 1000%? Negative 500%?

If the officers worked for a real company, they would have been fired long ago.

Approaching 23 months ...

RD 12/18/01
RFE 07/03/03
2nd FP 10/04/03 (online not updated for self, but updated for wife on 10/10/03)

Triggering 2nd FP

My lawyer called BCIS, and initiated a case status inquiry in August (my first FP was done in March 2002!). My wife also applied for an EAD renewal in August. I think the EAD application played a greater role than the phone call by the lawyer.

But you should request your lawyer to call BCIS. It's better than doing nothing.

I am in Same boat as you

My Details:

RD 01/27/02
ND 02/15/02

FP1 : 05/12/2002

RFE Issued : 09/23/2003 (PaySTubs, Medical exam for Spouse)
RFE Recd : 10/27/2003

I am not sure if I'll get 2nd FP as My case was touched within 16 months of FP1 (though its 15 months, but who knows)

AD: ???

I applied for my 3rd EAD around 1.5 months back. My second FP was generated 2 days after my EAD ND.

I beleive the EAD renewal has triggered my 2nd FP. I received my FP2 after 17+ months.

Peolple waiting for 2nd FP -- It's worth a try to apply for EAD renewal which can trigger your FP2.

Wish you all the best.
