Hi, In spite of this is my first post here, I have been a reader of this NG for a couple of years. You really learn a lot of things here. Anyway, the reason I am posting this now is because my wife got this mesage today on BCIS online website:
"On July 17, 2003, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 990 and 999 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."
Weird thing is that her ND is 06/25/03, as well as mine, and she has not received any RFE.
Is this amistake? It should be.
