Hi guys,
What bugs me most about this system is that the BCIS is not accountable for anything. They should be made to list their processing stats online, eg. how many officers are assigned to 485 processing, how many cases approved/denied/transferred by each officer, how many received in the month, etc. Without this, how do we know if they are processing cases or just twiddling their thumbs...(personally, i think it is the latter.)
Without increased accountability for their actions, i do not see any end to this mess they call BCIS!!
Sorry, just venting my frustrations!!
