BCIS new rule on AC21

Will the BCIS new rule provide more definition on the similar job, such as salary and geographical location? It is not big deal to get a new job, however many people got new job with different salary or in different location because of the bad economics.

some clarification

AC 21 says

1) New company is ok
2) salary minimum to the old job
3) Job similar.
4) no problem for relocation.
5)not clear if relocated with in same company.

mini salary

It is difficult to get the old salary if you change job now. It is my concern.
