Called them up today. My I-485 receipt no is WAC-02-067-XXXXXX with noticed date of Dec 18, 2001.
Anyways Customer Service Rep come on the line reads me the text from the Online Status Check screen.
I asked her two questions
1.) If FP expires after 15 months, why did I not get the 2nd FP notice ?
According to her there is no need of 2nd FP, if first was good with FBI.
2.) IF it is SOP to send the RFE for a case that has taken more than a year, where is my RFE ?
She asks me back, what is an RFE ?
Anyways , she says that we can do a status check, so she take my name, my address, my email, my phone number and says " they will contact you. I don't know how because that is not clear yet. Thanks for calling B(CI)S. Have a good day"
