Recently I found a job in the boston area (fall into Vermont center). I am considering moving my case from texas center to vermont center. My RD for 485 is Sep 19, 2002, no FP yet.
My current lawyer said that BCIS has a memo regarding notifying them of a change of employer under AC21. She does not want to let me know it as she will charge $1000-$1200 for helping me notifying the change of employer. (As you know, they are lawyers.
) I would think about notifying the BCIS all by myself. Could somebody shed some light on how to do it?
