He appeared on LD's money line on CNN on Mon night.

What struck me as interesting was that the mentioned that
about 700,000 people are being Natz each year and he
said their goal was to increase this amount to 1 million annually.
He seemed committed toward customer service. He is a natz'ed immigrant himself!

Hopefully the wait times will reduce and service improves.
 
That's what every new director said.
I'm sorry I am either being pessimist today or realist everyday.

Couple of months ago I saw an article on BCIS' web site how they're working hard to shorten natz time under 6 moths in every district by October 2000. They're about 3 years late already.:(
