When I called in around the 1st wk of Aug; they told that the current processing time is 19 mns and told to call back around the 22nd Aug; when they can raise a computer enquiry; based on the fact that my case would be due over 19mns!
When called around that date, they said the processing time has changed to 20 mns; and I've to call after a month for the Computer generated enquiry!!!!
Has anybody tried this bcis computer enquiry? Does it help at all??
