BCIS called to say they were processing our cases??

Our attorney called to say that BCIS called him to say that they were processing our cases. And that I wasn't issued any RFE though the on line message says so for the past 15 months. And that our cases were under final review???

I hope they are sincere this time since we have been waiting for a long long time. But this was the message we got a year ago. And, why don't they just review our cases instead of waste the time calling our attorney?
 
They have time to do 2nd, 3rd finger print; they have time to schedule you a interview at Christmas day, later on sent you another letter said they realize that is Holiday and reschedule another day; they have time to do 2nd, 3rd EAD; they just don't have no time to straightly look at the case.
