That is not only very disappointing, but annoying as well. So, I guess there is more to it than a mere insouciance on the part of TSC to adjudicate. May be the higher-ups are sending signals, that they are more than willing to brook any level of tardiness in adjudication, as well as on the level of discretion used in rejections. Else, how can one account for the astounding rise in two-digit level increases for the worst?

Exactly there definitely is some hidden agenda behind these delays. That is why I am definitely going to send my money to the Democrats for next year’s campaign.
